If you want a lawyer go to Marcos Garza. I tried to tell my brother that & he got burned with this lawyer. Paid him 2000 for this lawyer to do zero investigating. Show up the day of court & speak with opposing lawyers and decide to just let the case go.

Ms. Kennedy fails to understand that speaking to the District Attorney is exactly what an attorney does when defending a criminal case. Also, Ms. Kennedy is correct that all of her brother's charges were dismissed, which is exactly what one would want when facing any criminal charge. Ms. Kennedy is misinformed as to the amount of preparation and investigation involved in her brothers case. Mr. Kennedy got a good result which was a dismissal of his criminal case.
