Patrick did a great job recently mediating between myself and a very difficult, unreasonable ex partner. He was kind, honest, and realistic all throughout the process. I've since recommended him to several people who have all also been happy with the services received.

From one attorney to another, I would trust Pat Melendy with my legal affairs. Obviously the negative reviews are posted by opposing parties who experienced the results of his expertise. Highly regarded by the legal community.

We retained Patrick Malendy's office in Springfield and were extremely disappointed. He had one of the newer lawyers with the firm, Lindsay, represent us. Sadly, when we wanted to settle out of court, she dropped the case. Seems like she was only interested in how much money the firm could make - not in resolving the issue. We are still owed a refund for unused funds and it has been a month with no response from their office. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in their ethics.

The false reviews related to this case are posted by members of the opposing party, Daniel Brown, Alyse Brown, Amy Brannan and Michael Vogt. They are also posted by employees and associates of Patrick Melendy Mickie Putzier and her spouse Hunter Putzier. These are all 5-star reviews you can read yourself, some are on the Leahy Cox google review page. If being HELD IN CONTEMPT, the parenting plan NEEDING ENFORCEMENT, and being DENIED a request to LIMIT MY SPEECH, as well as being DENIED ALL THEIR LAWYERS FEES then yes, Leahy Cox and Patrick Melendy did a good job. Would you pay thousands of dollars for these results? Alyse Brown uses the word “abuser” to define me in her 5 star review. Myself, the Sheriff, Police and Courts do not agree with Alyse Brown that I am an abuser. Leahy Cox was not able to limit my freedom of speech so I can speak my mind in response to such words. I was taken advantage of financially by Alyse Brown after she married the Divorce Lawyer Daniel Kyle Taylor Brown. The amount of money she took from me could be seen as financial abuse. I choose to not use those words to define her, but rather to believe that I was simply taken advantage of by a greedy person. Alyse Brown is a BSN who is married to a Divorce Lawyer, who uses the courts and lawyers to take as much money as she can. It’s about the money with her and Leahy Cox – not the kids ☹ You may read the 6 false reviews from the employees and the party which I defeated in court three times. You may look up my case which is public record. You may ask yourself, why would a law firm post false reviews? You may ask yourself if these results would be satisfactory too you? You may ask yourself how someone like me, just a “normal dad” could beat this firm repeatedly Pro Se. These would be good questions to ask yourself. Worst Attorney I the Entire Planet in my experience and does not follow the the instead writes illegal orders against human rights! Horrible do not trust this guy with your families he is not going by law and can’t be trusted! At all! My opinion is he shouldn’t be allowed to practice law!
