I was ready to give up after contacting countless firms, denied as they thought I had no case. I was past the statute of limitations, but the harm was evident and I was suffering from trauma. After attempting to mediate on my own, he was the driving force to compel the organization where I was harmed to take actual responsibility, not just an inauthentic apology and payoff to get rid of me, but a substantive settlement. I was protected the entire time. At least there is some restitution to cover the years of expensive therapy, and now a chance to finally heal and move on. Patrick was patient as I made my decisions and decisive as he engaged in mediation in my behalf. He is also very human, and has a specialty in an area where few other lawyers will dare to do what he does.

Tried calling for multiple weeks asking for a consult about any legal recourse I possibly could have involving a constructive dismissal with my former employer. After telling me he had received my multiple phone calls, he said I answered as a courtesy to tell you I can't help you. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by picking up the phone to tell me he couldn't help me. I find how the situation was handled and how he spoke was very unprofessional and calloused. No recommendations to anyone who could help me, just a "sorry, good luck" To me, it sounded like I was wasting his time. My apologies.
