Left messages with him several times and never once returned a phone call, had to go down in person to which not a single person including himself could give any answers on timeliness or status. Top notch service and fine lawyers

I am only choosing 1 star because this review platform will not let me choose zero stars. My family has been trying to complete a real estate deal since the beginning of the year. The buyers chose to hire Patrick Beddow to help them with the transaction. Mr. Beddow has mismanaged, stalled, and outright lied to everyone involved to the point that the buyer has withdrawn from the deal based on Mr. Beddow's incompetent work. To add the final insult to this injury, Mr. Beddow mailed confidential documents to the incorrect party. My family did not hire Mr. Beddow but at this point we are the injured party. My definition of Mr. Beddow's incompetency may not rise to the letter of the law for legal malpractice but I will be sure to mention his poor work at every opportunity.
