I called to make an appointment on July 02, 2021. Today is July 08, 2021 and I haven’t heard from anyone from this firm to set the appointment. This is unprofessional and I can’t use anyone that can’t make a simple call to follow up on business.

HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE !!! My father-in-law was diagnosed with mesothelioma. As a veteran who didn't elect survivor benefits, he knew he needed help. We interviewed three legal firms. Will Harty at PWHD took the time to listen to my father-in-law. He came to his house and we spoke in details and decided to hire him. Will showed a real interest in both my in-laws and my father-in-law's case. He worked with an attorney colleague in NY State (where my father-in-law lived when he joined the military and did all his work with asbestos-laden products) and together they developed a plan of action. We had more than 20 companies at the interrogatory which was held at his house. Will and his team worked with all of them - we had settlement offers on the spot from some, and others we had to continue. My father-in-law could not be at the deposition since he was hospitalized and unfortunately passed away before going to court. The firm was so thoughtful and understanding, and assured us they would continue to fight for my mother-in-law. Thanks to the great work from PWHD, the case continued, and they were able to secure MANY MANY additional settlements, some more than 3 years after his passing!
