Bob and Wendy I can't say enough of your professionalism, guidance, and expertise of all your work. Thank you so much for your attention to detail in our case. Bob was handled our case for my daughter who was injured in a car accident. We were basically satisfied with the work, however based on how Bob explained his fee structure to us, we felt that we were lied to and cheated. We tried to have an honest discussion with Bob-it didn't go very well. It is our opinion that we caught Bob in a lie when he told us his assistant Wendy was in the conference room when he explained the fee structure percentage. My family is positive Wendy was not there- so obviously why Wendy would not confirm to us that she was present. We are hopeful that Bob will have the professional integrity and make this right.

Bob has been great to work with. He has helped on a few small legal matters, and always approached each situation with compassion, patience and with a wealth of knowledge to find a thoughtful and agreeable solution to the situation. I would highly recommend his guidance and support.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They accepted my case, were incredibly unhelpful and did nothing for months before sending me an email stating they decided they aren't going to take the case and recommend I try a firm in another state with zero explanation as to why I should do that. If my case wasn't something they could work, they could have told me that months prior and given me a chance to work with someone else. Now I have to start at square one with a case that's months behind. A little communication about what's happening would have been nice. An explanation as to why they wasted so much of my time would have been even better. They did neither. Shame on this firm and their incredibly poor customer service. I'd give zero stars if that were an option.

In 2007 I fell and broke my right ankle because of a dangerous situation at a retirement community. After the accident, I was treated badly by the people that owned the property. The ignored me.
