I give him a review of one. I wish I could have given a review less than one, but one is the lowest allowed. My experience with attorney Patterson was very disappointing. He represented me and negotiated a plea deal, but it turned out to be a terrible agreement for my situation. At the time, he told me that I would be able to file for a nondisclosure later and get the record sealed or removed. I relied on that advice. I later learned that the offense included in the plea deal is barred from nondisclosure, which means I can’t seal the record at all. This was extremely upsetting because I would have made different decisions if I had been fully informed of the long-term consequences. I am sharing this review based on my personal experience so others can be aware and ask more questions before accepting a plea

I was actually out of state and haven’t had my license in over 14 years. He handled my case very quickly and was able to get my license in less than a month! Five stars!!!!!

Mr. Patteson is absolutely phenomenal. He assisted us with guardianship, and we could not have been more pleased with his services. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. He had our process completed within a matter of months. His assistant, Ms Anita, is also wonderful. Should we need any services in the future that he offers, he is going to be my first choice.

The probate process can be confusing and difficult, but Richard Patteson simplifies it and guides you through it with ease. If you have questions, you receive a prompt response; if you're uncertain about something, he'll find the answer for you and clarify it. He's trustworthy and kind at a time of loss when that's exactly what you need. My mom and I used him for my father's estate, and when my mom passed away, his office was the first place I went, because I knew everything would be handled--and it was.
