Paul Byrd Attorney at Law

I reached out to this attorney due to an accident I had. I provided all the information requested, including photos, in July; it is now October. I reached out to them multiple times, and there was no one available to speak to me, and there were no updates. I spoke to someone who was very rude (not Angela), that told me maybe it'll be next week or next month, but she didn't know when they'll get to my case. She also threw out there that I should go somewhere else. I've never heard anything like that. I can't tell if it was a race thing or if she was just rude. Either way, anyone seeking legal help, I do not recommend. I was referred to them by a team I had a great experience with. Horrible experience!
