I was in the worst car accident of my entire life 3 years ago and was really stuck in a position of not knowing what to do.. Kymber Lattin was amazing! She explain the whole process and was patient. After 3 years of a battle with car insurance she fought hard for my seattlement and I am very pleases with the outcome. I will say that some of the staff in the front weren't always nice or pleasant to talk to, as will as Kymber assistent, sometimes she was snappy or short. However, Kymber was fantastic, I'm very grateful for her.

I’m currently in process with my case with the Paul Kreuger Law Firm. My case is represented by Wade Bowyer. I’ve appreciated the high level of transparency and communication that Wade and his Assistant, Eric, has provided me. We’ve been working together for a year now and I feel like they’ve been open and quick to share information and respond to any questions or updates I have shared. When there is any communication between any services or the other party I’m always sent a copy in the mail of the correspondence. If you want a team that will be transparent and up front throughout the process, choose Paul Kreuger Law Firm, specifically Wade Bowyer. I’ll provide an updated review after my case is settled.

Started out great. Then it started to snowball into the worst experience. Not only is their communication terrible. I was told I had to reach out for any update on my case. We were then given final details of our case. Well they weren’t actually final. Two weeks later something came up. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of clear communication as well as a clear lack in care for their clients. I do not recommend ever using their services. For someone who primarily works with accident related victims whose lives have already been drastically changed, Paul Kruger Law Firm only cares about their benefit.

Very helpful, helped me get my settlement after my treatment was complete.
