It has been almost 2 years since Phillip and Kim helped us through a very difficult and dark time in our lives, The accidental death of our 2 year old granddaughter while on vacation in Orlando Florida, Phillip, Kim and their law firm helped us from the beginning of this ordeal until the end of it. And though we had a very good lawsuit case, our family decided not to proceed with that course of action. Philip Moring and his law firm incurred cost for his investigators, meetings at their facility with CPS and others and when we decided not to proceed with the law suit they did not try to push us in any way. They supported us even though they knew we had a very winnable case. They were so compassionate and caring, they would not allow us to reimburse them for their time or cost. Although the wrongful death case I was pursuing on behalf of my late husband did not progress due to inviability, I found this process very helpful. First, the team was quick and efficient in gathering and reviewing documents. Once compiled, Olivia Kronenberg did an excellent job explaining the case details to me. I wouldn't waste my time with this office . They said they would take my case to my patient advocate and have me sign permission to release my information then months of silence saying they are working on my case. I call to give a update and they said we are not taking your case after months of false expectations. Then send me a letter to reject my case and tell me time is limited to contact other lawyers. I wouldn't recommend this poor communication lawyer office.
