Paul and Jessica were very helpful with an unfortunate situation my 22 yr old son found himself in that involved 3 separation counties in Florida. There knowledge of Florida Law allowed them to help us get the resolution for each incident and the best outcome for my son. Their compassion and commitment to helping us far exceeded my expectations. They have a wide range of criminal law knowledge and their commitment to the community helping with mental health issues is by far the best around. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through a tough time dealing with the court system. If Paul cant help he will recommend someone just as qualified. Paul Figueroa has represented me in legal affairs 3 times over the last 5 years. The first time I called Paul at 4pm on Thursday; I really didn't know him. My stress level was off the charts, and I didn't know what to do! I explained what I was facing and he quickly told me he has handled many similar cases with positive outcomes! Paul explained what he would do, how long it would take and what his fee would be. Fear of the unknown slipped away! It was something in his voice and what he said I totally believed he could do it! The fee was reasonable, and he told me he was sure he could get it handled on Friday before the weekend. He did what he said, and it happened the way he said it would! My family and I were so BLESSED by the work of Paul and his firm. A couple of years later another similar situation occurred and Paul's firm handled that case for the same fee with the same outcome. Again, another BLESSING for me and my family! A year later I was involved in a motorcycle vs SUV accident. I was being sued by the SUV driver represented by Morgan & Morgan! I didn't know if Paul's firm took this type of case, so I called Paul. I gave him the details and again I had high anxiety! Paul told me he did take these type cases, and he would be available to represent me in this case if it goes to trial. Paul advised me to let the insurance companies do their work first. If he took the case now, I would have to pay a non-returnable fee. Call him if it gets scheduled for a trial! Again, my high anxiety passed! It took the insurance company and Morgan & Morgan over 18 months to settle the case in mediation! Again, my family and I were BLESSED by Paul's firm, and it didn't cost us anything! I took this time to post a review of Paul L. Figueroa Law, PA Tampa, Fl.; because he is honest, sincere with integrity and does what he said he would do! He is a BLESSING to us! Paul is a great guy and great lawyer. I had a weird criminal case that kept getting reopened and sent to trial and closed and reopened. He was there every step of the way. One of the times I was summoned, it was a “confidential case” so I couldn’t get a lawyer retained before arraignment. Paul happened to be across the courthouse and on that date, and showed up last second to save the day. He fought this case to the end and got me the best outcome possible. And he didn’t charge an arm and a leg to do it, like any other attorney I’ve ever had did. And his assistants were wonderful as well. Didn’t give me any info they didn’t have, relayed info well, and put me in touch with Paul in any emergency. Thank you guys for your services.
