Paul is a terrific attorney and a lovely human being. When a simple condo purchase went haywire because of title issues from an old transaction, Paul communicated with us daily explaining our options, found and spoke with all the relevant parties, and constantly advocated on our behalf. A lesser attorney would have taken their fee and hid the issue in a line item, but Paul showed genuine care and concern, as well as creativity in dealing with the issue. To begin with, I've never written a review but this law firm deserves one. Oh my goodness!!! If you're looking for Real Estate Attorney, look no further this is the one!!! If there were more than 5 star review I would've easily given it without blinking. I've dealt with a few real estate Attorney's but Mr. Kaplan is by far the best out of them all. He has time for clients, No matter how many times you call he response back to you. You could even reach him on his cell. He explained how 1031 exchange process works so easily. He went thoroughly step by step to explain the closing documents; even gave me a personal referral for my daughter who wants to be a clinical psychologist. Additionally his fee are very reasonable. Looking forward to do more Real Estate deals with you.

I am not using Paul again. I had a problem and called his office a few times, but got a run around and an attitude. He does not have his buyers interest at hand.

HOME BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Recently bought a house and was never told that my neighbor owned rights to my property and my neighbor has called the cops on me for planting flowers "on his property" had a lawyer sent me paperwork that I'm parking my car "on his property" and when I called to speak with Paul he gives me the run around and wants no part of it. Well of course not you got your money and now I have to deal with an insane neighbor. I have spoken to many other lawyers and realtors who have told me Paul had dropped the ball. USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!
