Good Estate attorney

She is only a paper-pusher! Assigned by the State. She didn't contact me or notify me of anything, so the judge found me guilty! I now have a warrant for failure to appear - they sealed the records from me so I don't know the original charges! I wasn't arrested or charged with anything. This apparently happened some time ago. I contacted her because I need to turn myself in. She said for her the case was closed!! Per Kathy, they thought the case was dismissed. Kathy is pleasant but Paula needs to find another line of work. I'm sure the state has already paid her. A court hearing without representation or notification! Sealed records. In America! She obviously was a no show because she certainly didn't represent me! I've never met her. My losses are huge!

She takes forever in getting paperwork done. The amount of time it took her to complete my fathers estate financials was unacceptable in my opinion. Really no sense of urgency on her part in hetting this done so we as family members can move on.

Paula, and Kathy make a fierce team! They are very caring, and very competent! You will have your phone calls returned, you will always have a very clear understanding of what's going on with your case. I honestly can't say enough, PaulaTomko is the only way to go. This review is from my experience, and heart, not a win. Only because my court date isn't here yet. I have complete faith in my amazing attorney, and her amazing partner. Thank you Paula and Kathy!
