Top notch!!! I contacted the firm for a Civil issue and the firm reached back out to me within an hour which I didn't except at all after a holiday. Paullin Law Firm, contacted the attorney in another state to ensure this issue would not arise again in the future. I received an email from Paullin Law Firm the SAME DAY informing me that everything was taking care of!!! Paullin Law Firm has my business for any future legal purposes. I’ve never needed a lawyer before but I was so glad to have Mark resolve an issue for me! I was told by another law firm “there was nothing They could do.” I knew that couldn’t be correct. Mark was a pleasure to work with and did everything he said he was going to do! In less than 24 hours my issue was resolved. All I can say is WOW!!

Mark and his staff are just the best. My lead foot got me in trouble in Virginia. 93 in a 65 is a reckless driving first degree misdemeanor in Virginia. I was from out of state working there. Mark explained how the system works to me. Told me what I needed to do help him help me in court. I followed through on his advice and he was able to negotiate the offense down to a speeding ticket. I would have been in a bad situation with the misdemeanor offense. So he was a life saver. I appreciated the fact that it was Mark and not a subordinate going to court for me. 5 stars

I cannot recommend the Paullin Law Firm any higher. Mr. Paullin is an expert in the courtroom where it counts, especially if you have messed up in the worst parts of Virginia. He will walk you through the process, and at times will even sound like a prosecuting attorney, but it’s all to your benefit, and to prevent you from making even more of a mess of your case than you already have. No one wins them all, but he is an expert in making the best of a bad situation.

If you ever need a lawyer, Mark is the guy to see. My case had some rather uniqueness to it. I had talked with a couple of other attorneys but those guys just seemed to eager to take my case and simply cookie-cut it, not Mark. I went to his office and laid everything out. I was in a car accident in 2017 the insurance company with 2 different adjusters for personal injury and vehicle damage claims had put me at wits end...I had contacted 3 different firms but decided to hire Mark Paullin becuase he handles diminished value and he didnt make me feel like I was on an assembly line...So now after finally settling all claims and having unfortunately also needed representation for speeding ticket...I have no problem saying I received the absolute best representation in all 3 cases... In late 2017, I had a loaner from a dealer in Northern Virginia. I hit a deer and the vehicle sustained extensive damage which was covered by my insurance policy. The dealership demanded $7500 in diminished value for the car after it was fixed and returned to their loaner fleet. My insurance company denied the claim and I refused to pay as well, since the car was fixed. In April of 2018, I was served with a lawsuit from the dealer. I immediately searched for diminished value attorneys in Virginia and came across the Paullin Law Firm. I sent a confidential message and within in a day, I heard directly from him. His advice was invaluable and I have insisted that my insurance company represent me during the suit, which was recently postponed. Regardless, it is rare to find any business that is willing to provide sound advice solely on good faith. If this case ends up in a court versus settled by my insurance company, I will be reaching back out to the Paullin Law Firm.

From the start, Mr. Paullins' recommendation, assurance and consolation is brilliant. He shares information in a reasonable and brief way that is highly favorable. He and his staff are greatly understanding and will take whatever time is important to protect your inquiries are completely replied.
