I called Paulsen Law Group after a auto accident I had. A attorney met me at my house since I could not drive. He helped my fill out all the paperwork and advised me on what to do from going to the doctor to what to say to the insurance company. Paulsen Law Group kept me up to date on my case and made me really feel like they wanted to help me and I wasn't just a number.

I contacted PLG after an accident a few months ago and spoke to David in the Dunedin office. He was very professional and agreed to take my case without charging me for our first meeting. Mr. Paulsen kept me updated on the case all the way thru and he answered my questions in plain English so I could understand the process.
