I can only explain my experience with them as incompetent. I had an account sent to them for collections (my fault). However, when I requested a ledger, I was provided an inaccurate ledger. Upon requesting an accurate ledger, I was only given excuses and flack. It took then over two weeks and me following up multiple times in order to get anything close to an accurate ledger.

Stephen Dwyer of Pavese Law Firm is one of the most personable and dedicated attorneys I have ever dealt with. Excellent Legal Representation Pavese Law Firm has represented our Condominium Association for many years. When hurricane Ian struck Fort Myers Beach, we contacted Pavese once again to represent us and guide use through the myriads of rules and regulations required by our Condo Documents and the Florida Statutes. Charles B. (Chad) Capps has represented our Association most ably and efficiently. He relies, as do we, on his Legal Assistant Christina Carlson. Not taking new clients

I was referred to Pavese Law Firm by Chris Shields and I never looked back. The team of Linda Antonaccio and Mary Vlasak Snell was second to none. Prior to our first meeting I was sent a checklist of things to prepare for during the probate process, which proved very helpful in our first meeting. Mary’s legal assistant, Linda, is a gem. She knows her business and brings a sense of humor to what could be an overly sensitive time in one’s life. She handled family members with grace. This team informed me every step of the way what I could expect and their timing was spot-on. I would highly recommend Mary Vlasak Snell and Linda Antonaccio to any family going through the probate process.

Unfortunately, it appears to be a fake website. I called the office in Fort Myers because my request via the website was not received. On the phone, they said that they are not accepting new clients. I mentioned that I would like to develop a large piece of land in Bonita Springs, but even then I was given an unfriendly response. They should make it clear on the website that no new customers should contact them. That would save time for both sides.

I was referred to Stephen Dwyer atty from Pavese law firm by friend who spoke highly of his attitude and patience regarding a complicated real estate issue. I had already spoken to several attorneys about my real estate case. His professionalism and helpful supportive attitude was so important to me in this crisis.
