I've been trying to schedule a closing for a week. They're non responsive or unavailable.

Archie Ackerman helped us out with our closing. He was timely, professional, and responsive throughout the process.

This firm was selected to do my closing which was scheduled a week in advance, they were a NO SHOW, NO CALL and UNRESPONSIVE, my time is precious just like theirs, your firm is 100% UNPROFESSIONAL and should not be used by any mortgage company😡😡

DO NOT use this attorney. Tracey was a NO SHOW. When I finally got in touch with her she said she was too far from me and did not want to drive up for the appointment. Super unprofessional. Super rude. Stay AWAY from this business.

I had a Rocket Mortgage refi closing scheduled today at 11:00AM so I used a vacation day. I had initially selected McDonnell &Associates but Amrock (Rocket's title company) scheduled the closing with PC LAW instead. I never heard from anyone with PC Law prior to closing and no one showed up this morning for closing. No show, no call. I called Rocket at 11:15 and they contacted Amrock. PC Law "had an emergency and had to cancel " but no one from PC Law bothered to notify me. So I called McDonnell & Associates and verified what time slots they have available later in the week and then called Rocket and had them work with Amrock to schedule the closing with McDonnell. I heard from someone with McDonnell ten minutes later to verify the closing and discuss what I need. THAT is service. Morale of the story is avoid doing business with PC Law at all costs. The bad reviews are true. Frankly I would have given zero stars if I could.

Shockingly BAD company, never showed up for the closing, unable to contact anyone directly, even the loan company and closure department are unable to get anyone on the phone to reschedule . One star is too many. If you are refinancing say NO to this choice from your loan company!

Watch out for these guys! These guys did my closing. They then sent me refund check for overcharging me at closing. The check they issues bounced and they refuse to pay the return check fee.Now this fee is only $12.00 what if it thousands in dispute? I own 3 companies and would never treat a customer in this manner.Be very wary of doing business with this company!
