I chose this law office based on its strong online reviews and reputation for handling Social Security disability cases. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that standard of professionalism. After receiving an SSI denial, I promptly sent the requested denial letter to the office as requested and was told someone would call me back to discuss next steps. All communication was routed through the same assigned representative. Despite multiple follow-up calls and text messages over the course of approximately 30 days, I did not receive a return call, confirmation, or clear communication. This was especially concerning given the strict 60-day appeal deadline involved in Social Security cases. I made repeated efforts to follow up, was placed on hold multiple times, and was told messages would be passed along, but no response ever came. I understand that law offices can be busy, but timely communication is critical in disability cases where deadlines directly affect a claimant’s rights and benefits. Due to the lack of follow-through and responsiveness, I was forced to seek representation elsewhere to protect my appeal deadline. I hope this feedback helps the office improve communication with future clients, especially those navigating disability claims who are already under significant stress.
