If I could get anyone to answer a clear question or get a real person to speak to, I would possibly have a better review. But I have now logged into their live chat twice and it says I’m talking to a real person, only to receive automated messages that I can only answer yes or no to. First, she tells me I will connect you with somebody that can help, but she follows up with “no I’m sorry we cannot assist you with your case at this time”. I also told her that it was my daughter twice only for her to ask if my son was 18. I’d like to know what situation would qualify one to get SSI benefits? If the full time care giving parent, inquiring for their five-year-old who’s completely nonverbal & on the far extreme end of the autism spectrum, who I’ve quit work to care for her because she needs full time care & likely will for the rest of her life ? What sort of cases exactly are you assisting in this process of applying for disability? From everything I can read and find out from different sources and advocacy websites, our situation is the exact definition of who they’re trying to help with these benefits. I’m so stressed & am quite disappointed with the lack of help I’ve received from “the professionals”.
John was a truly comforting voice of reason throughout this whole process. From the very beginning and through to the hearing, he was always proactive and quick to respond. I highly recommend working with Mr. Pearson.
