The law office is very quiet, clean and inviting. We were greeted immediately by a friendly receptionist. We were escorted into a very comfortable conference room and our law consultation was right on time. My mother's attorney began her session on time, and she had all the necessary papers ready for us. As I am the only family member assisting my mother, I received the necessary legal counsel, plan going forward, and some steps I need to take in the future. While my mother was present for this meeting, I must do the "leg work" as advised by Ms. Jonsson. I am very pleased with the outcome of our meeting, and feel confident in the tasks I have been given to complete. I would strongly recommend this law office to anyone needing legal help.

HERE YOU GO: USE ANY OTHER FIRM OR SOLE PRACTITIONER! KRISTIN JONSSON WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND SHOULD FIND ANOTHER AREA OF LAW BECAUSE THE WAY SHE COMMUNICATES WITH PEOPLE IN MOURNING IS APPALLING! I GUESS DAD’S ESTATE JUST WASN’T LUCRATIVE ENOUGH FOR THIS FIRM! IF THERE ARE ANY “FAKE” REVIEWS ON THIS PAGE, THEY ARE FROM THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF THIS FIRM’S ATTORNEYS! Over the next 2 1/2 weeks, my emails and phone calls were completely ignored. Extremely frustrated, I called the office and demanded a return call. Instead I received a rude email from Ms. Johnnaon, scolding me for being rude to her staff. Hey, at least she returned my email. When I spoke to her staff I explained I was not upset with them, but I desperately needed assistance with my father’s Final Will & Testament, the original of which was at Jonnson’s firm and drafted by her, and I was not getting ANY response and was dealing with time-sensitive material. She didn’t even have the courtesy to call me; all I received was a rude, insensitive, condescending email telling me to come get my parent’s original Wills. I don’t know what it takes to actually get her to do her job. A 5 minute phone call would have gone a long way! Does not strike me as efficient, and certainly not caring or compassionate. I'd look elsewhere for Will preparation.
