I would be remiss not to express my deep disappointment in how I’ve been treated, in my dealings with attorney Anna Adkins. At times, I felt more like a burden than a client, and that sense of dismissal only compounded the stress of an already difficult situation. I came into this process hoping for advocacy and support. Instead, I was often left feeling unheard, unimportant, and emotionally sidelined. Professionalism includes not only legal expertise, but also the ability to communicate with empathy and respect. Unfortunately, that has not consistently been my experience. I expected representation rooted in a genuine effort to understand my story and protect my interests - what I received often felt like indifference.
