I want to start with saying TC Penland was by far the best experience with a lawyer I have ever had!! When I was looking for lawyers, he stood out because during his brief with what my case was about he gave me free legal advice that saved my license and I knew right then he was going to represent me on a felony charge. During his time representing me, he was honest, professional, punctual, showed legal awareness, straight forward and carried himself dapper. He asked me my expectations and was honest about what he could guarantee and what we would have to work through if need be but in my case we was able to WIN with a dismal!! It gets better his price was fair and he was honest about the time and hours he put in to the point where even after he got my case dismissed, I received a check in the mail with money back yes you read that right MONEY BACK in TC Penland’s words “I only keep what I earn.” I cannot stop going on about how if you’re needing a lawyer in Kansas TC Penland is your man. A stand up guy!! TC everything you want wants you even more!! And you deserve it 😉 Thank you again so much!!!

TC is the man. Very easy to get along with and does a great job in court. Felony to a Misdemeanor and done quickly. Gave me a heads up on a serious warrant that appeared and was able to get it taken care of quietly. Very reasonable and will meet you at short notice. You can't go wrong with TC.

I would definitely recommend TC Penland if you find yourself in a situation where you need legal defense representation. He worked hard on my behalf and was very forthcoming about the possible outcome of my situation. He was able to get a favorable plea agreement for one of my charges and got the other two dismissed!! Hopefully I don’t need his services again but he will be the first person I call if I find myself in a similar situation!!

He doesn't respond to emails, don't show up to scheduled meetings, and then tries to make you out to be the one responsible; avoid this attorney at all cost.

I came to TC with quite a bit of a work load and was given the best defense i have received in every case he touched. He is reasonable and affordable won’t take advantage of you or make you take a deal you don’t want. If TC isn’t your lawyer you are truly missing a key to your defense. Also communication on his end was top tier even providing reminder text messages the day before scheduled court hearings. Tc is the best in Kc!
