Douglas Pennebaker and his team did a fantastic job of getting my insurance company to negotiate on my claim. Anytime I had questions they were quick to respond and clarify anything I did not understand and kept me well informed on where we were on this process. Hopefully I never have this type of issue again but if I do I know who to call to handle this for me.

Doug Pennebaker and his legal team really do an amazing job. Months after our house burned down, we encountered an issue with our insurer and didn't know where to turn for help. I began searching for suits brought against insurers in Texas after the hail storms a few years back and found Doug Pennebaker had been behind a TON of them. So we reached out to his firm on a Friday night and by Saturday morning his staff was on the phone with us. Doug Pennebaker knows the industry well and the people in it. I kid you not, they completed resolved our matter by Friday afternoon the very next week. Open and shut. That speaks volumes.....

I am so satisfied with Attorney Pennebaker and his staff. My first time filing an insurance claim and was scared because my home was really damaged.
