These guys may not be the cheapest, but they did a great job for us. They asked a lot of questions, so the first draft was pretty close. I made the corrections on line. Then I went in and watched them being made and we signed the docs. A couple weeks later we picked up the nicely bound, final documents. They also were on top of getting our health wishes posted on the Arizona registry. They were always friendly and accommodating! My sister used a less expensive provider and wasted a lot of time to get a much poorer result!

There is no appropriate way to express my deep appreciation for Pennington Law, and Ms. Karrie and Ms. Kendra. ( I hope I have the names spelled correctly.) My husband and I did all estate planning through Pennington Law, inclusive of new trusts and wills. The team was so excellent and created an outstanding, easily understood product. Pennington Law actually went above and beyond excellent, especially given that the whole topic is a challenging one to discuss at best. They were efficient, explained everything so it could be well understood, and even made it comfortable, enjoyable given the topic. Their expertise and knowledge helped put our financial affairs in order. Recently, about 4 years after our trusts and wills, my husband passed away totally unexpected. Ms. Karrie and Ms. Kendra could NOT have been more compassionate, kind, empathetic, and extremely helpful, in what was the worst time for our family. They took all my phone calls and questions that followed. Both Karrie and Kendra provided guidance, calm, and a direction for solution. I can't tell you how much that meant. Their brilliant advice simplified the situation... their kindness brought peace of mind. Karrie and Kendra were supportive, protective, and truly, truly cared. I was stunned, and more grateful than I could ever express. 5 stars are not enough. Anyone considering estate planning needs to call Pennington Law first. From this experience I learned that in my humble opinion there is more to law than law. There are also the people it impacts, the value of being heard, understood and helped within what the law allows, and the empathy and compassion that is priceless during more difficult times.
