Myles, Ross, and their entire team were terrific. They handled everything professionally and prudently. I would be very happy to use them again. I would also recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of their services.

Top notch firm! Competent and professional! Helped me successfully navigate $145,500,000.00 in contract resoultion. Dan Whitiker is razor sharp and is beyond capable of handeling the most complicated of issues. Best attorney I have ever used in the 30 years of doing business!

Ross Pepper (of Pepper Meeks & Whitaker) helped me understand the litigation posture of a tricky business dispute involving a corporate client of mine with a matter in Nashville. I am based in Washington, DC and came across Ross through finding a commentary he wrote about the exact issue involved in my client's situation, and then Ross helped my client and me better understand how to analyze and resolve the issue. The matter got amicably resolved without the need for litigation and therefore we did not proceed with engaging Ross, but I absolutely would (and will) look to him and recommend him to others in business and corporate disputes in Tennessee and elsewhere. Ross's counsel was invaluable and he was a pleasure to work with.

Call them! Nobody wants to hire an attorney. But, life sometimes brings us situations that an attorney is necessary and beneficial. I found myself in one of those life situations. I’ll spare the details for whomever is reading this. However, this was a post divorce where my ex-spouse passed away leaving an unpaid settlement, a business, and a large piece of real estate. It was complicated to me. So, I began my google search. Pepper Law stood out as a prime candidate for my needs. The stars must have been aligned. Mr. Ross Pepper answered my call, listened intently and a relationship was born. Peter Suglia was assigned to my case. A blessing for sure. Both attorneys were involved from the beginning but I communicated and worked closely with Peter. I knew I was in the right hands. This firm is attentive. They answer calls, return calls promptly if necessary, explain proceedings, and take the time to be concerned about their clients as people. I know! I hadn’t experienced that with other attorneys in my past. I’m in Ohio and the first chance I get to travel back to TN, I plan to stop in and shake hands and probably hug Peter for taking such good care of me. My case settled for more than I expected. Fees are very reasonable for the best of the best! The invoicing is detailed and easy to follow and the payment procedure is straightforward and online. Call them! I do not believe you will be disappointed with the service and CARE these attorneys provide. Thank you Peter Suglia!

I was looking forward to working with the Pepper Law group on my flooding case. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to because I did not receive a call back after filling out their online submission inquiry form on 5/21, and following up with a voicemail on 6/6 (today is 6/19). I understand not every case is a good fit, but a quick call to let me know would have been nice. Makes me wonder... Are they disorganized? Overwhelmed with cases? Following up when they do take cases?

I sought out Ross based on his real estate partition experience. When i contacted him he spent considerable time outlining the process along with the pitfalls along the way. He gave me advice on how to approach tbe different owners. In the end he said he hoped i would reach a resolution without going to court but given my specific details he had reservations we would get there. However based on his advice we did get there and are under contract with 14 sellers in agreement. Ross Pepper is a class act with the best interest of his client at heart

I just got off the phone Ross Pepper and I am smiling. He responded quickly and professionally to my questions and I got the answers i needed without having to actually retain him as my attorney. I tried to pay him for his time on the phone with me and he wouldn't let me. He is a compassionate human and you'd be doing yourself a favor hiring him if you need legal counsel.

Would recommend Ross Pepper and his firm without reservation. He has a breath of knowledge which, coupled with his practical approaches, were invaluable in helping us resolve our legal issues.

I fully recommend the firm of Pepper Law and in particular, Dan Whitaker (and the rest of the team). Their work on my case was nothing short of stellar. I came to them with a case born in California, while I am living in Arizona, needing to have a suit in Tennessee. This firm handled it all seamlessly. Their grasp of this convoluted fraudulent conveyance action and their easy navigation through the court system resulted in a win beyond my expectations. I absolutely recommend using this firm will do so again without a second of hesitation, should the need arise.

I would recommend Ross 100% as an attorney. He helped me with a very complicated real-estate partition. He did all of the negotiations, contracts, and court hearings on my behalf per my request. He stuck with me the entire time with an incredible attitude, work ethic, and expanse of knowledge. We ended up with the best possible outcome, and I can't thank Pepper Law enough!

Such a disappointment. Left 4 different voicemail to various attorneys and secretary, never call back. Emailed few people - never replied. Went to the address on google to meet the in person - they have moved and never updated address. And when I was finally found them at another location - Sandy opens the door and tells me "I'm so sorry, we don't take any new clients, we are so overwhelmed with so much work, that we do not even answer the phone or respond to anyone's messages. Ridiculous and unaccepted customer service.

Pepper Law has served a valuable role as local counsel for me. Ross and his team are responsive, thoughtful, knowledgeable and reliable. I will continue to reach out to Pepper Law to assist with litigations in the State of Tennessee.

Ross Pepper personally handled my case, which was likely one of the smallest he's dealt with. He's a very practical attorney and will give very candid advice and guidance, so you don't have to worry about being pitched a moonshot idea so he can demonstrate his intellect or collect a fee - which is something I came across often. Despite my small case, he always made time in his busy schedule to answer my calls and questions. Of course I hope to not have to use his services again, but the piece of mind I have knowing I can give his team a call is really assuring.

Update on March 10th, 2023, Elizabeth Alexander admitted that she added my name to the agreement memo because opposing counsel requested my signature. She did not inform her client (my family member) nor obtain permission from her client. She directly added my name to the memo and forced me to sign. She not only sold out her client, but also acted as double agent in a conflict-interest situation. My sincerely advice to you, please think twice before making your decision. A law firm has been around for quite a while that has so few detailed positive reviews, which is a warning sign. Here is the original review. I believe Elizabeth Alexander from Pepper Law, PLC is an unprofessional and unethical attorney. One of my family members hired Pepper Law, PLC for a lawsuit and Elizabeth Alexander representing him. But I am not a client of this firm. I am not a plaintiff or a defendant in the lawsuit either. I kept my family member company during the mediation with my two young kids. Elizabeth Alexander asked me to sign the mediation memo which I am not a party to. I refused and asked her why I needed to sign. She told me that I had to sign. When I tried to leave with my two young kids, and she told me that I could not leave without signing the memo. I felt unsafe especially with two young kids. And I had to sign the mediation memo. She dragged me into a lawsuit that I am not a party to and that caused a lot of legal issues. Now I have to deal with the consequence of that signature. I think Elizabeth Alexander is not qualified as an attorney and what she did to me was unethical. I believe Alexander is one of the highest paid attorneys at Pepper Law PLC. If you are reading this message, please think twice before making your decision.
