Perea Law, APC was absolutely great!! I spoke with Mr. Nathan Perea about my Landlord questions and issues. I explained to him, the problems I was having with disgruntle renter, and the issue I was having with the amount of their security deposit. He told me by law what I was to do as a Landlord. After talking to him on the phone, I know now I have been doing what I need to do by California Law. I would definitely recommend Mr. Nathan Perea, APC for any Landlord needs. He was honest and straight to the point. He helped realize that I do not need to retain a lawyer for the questions I had. If I have any major issues with future tenants, I will be calling Mr. Nathan Perea, APC. I want to thank him for his time and honesty. Very sad he has such high reviews, yet he never bothered to even call back on day he promised! Its been almost 4 weeks since I contacted him on a landlord/tenant issue. Guess he doesn't do business with disabled seniors, must not be as profitable. Didn't even have the decency to call and say he wasn't interested. Or he could have taken the cowards way out and sent an email. Man disgusts me! All I wanted out of my legal problem was a little respect. Couldn't even get that from this attorney! Such a shame!

Mr. Perea did something not many attorney's can do; he made me laugh so hard I peed a little. I inquired about a consultation and was told his consultation fee is $500 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. That's HILARIOUS!

Not all lawyers are bad. He is a lawyer for the right reasons. He most likely had something else to do when I called. But my question turned into a 35 minute conversation on a Friday afternoon, I realized that this guy is different. He was patient and explained things to me so that I had a good grasp of my situation. He took his time to break down my situation from every angle and we even got to talking about life and family. He genuinely wants to do good and help the community and for that you get a review sir.
