Did not represent the estate in a fair manner. She took sides and took fees. Absolutely disgusting

My father and his wife did their trust through Richard Perednia. I have been working to finalize his estate. I fedexed all documents and was told it would be a week and a half until he could get to it. Called today and he told me 2 additional weeks at least. When I stated he told he 1.5 weeks 2 weeks ago, he stated I'm swamped, you can pay an accountant to do this and I can send everything back. If you can't handle your business, perhaps you should retire.

Mr. Perednia has handled several business issues for us. He listens to us and then enacts the paperwork we need completed. Very satisfied.
