My wife and I engaged Emily Young at Perez Law to prepare an estate trust. Emily had been recommended by our financial adviser. We sat with Emily, went over our complex estate, discussed our family, and described how we wanted our estate settled after our passing. Emily patiently listened, made copious notes, and prepared a lengthy and impressive revocable trust capturing every detail that we had discussed. The lengthy set of documents included Last Will and Testaments, Personal Property Memorandums, Durable Power of Attorney documents, Living Wills, Warranty Deed, and the Revocable Management Trust Agreement. And with our approval, Emily dispatched her assistant, Sara, to the Probate Judge's office and legally transferred our home and property into the trust, thereby relieving us of that responsibility. And the best part of all is that Emily did all this work at a very reasonable cost to us. We very highly recommend Emily for estate planning.
