I booked an initial 200 dollar consultation so I could receive the options for my particular matter. The call went well, and all options were outlined. I informed them I would like to proceed and which options. They stated next steps would be for me to sign an attorney agreement they will send over. The reason for the two stars? Zero follow up. I also tried emailing the intake/admin who setup my call. No email back. I guess they didn't need my business or my case wasn't big enough. Its now been 1.5 weeks since my initial call. Still waiting...

They failed to respond to calls an emails. They charged for absurd tasks such as opening up a document. I am a forensic psychologist and have worked with countless attorneys and this experience with the firm stands out as the WORST legal encounter I have had in my life.

Zero stars. They don’t respond to emails. They charged me $2,600 for a single phone call and one letter. When I asked for a refund for services that were barely provided, instead of addressing the issue they sent me a new invoice for $2,600. Completely unprofessional conduct, total lack of availability, and zero accountability. I’m a journalist with 25 years of experience, and this story will be reviewed by the media. This is not how you work, and not how you treat clients. Do not recommend. Shame on you.
