Paul is one of the most down to earth lawyers I ever had to pleasure to work with he honestly saved my case and I was able to get a favorable outcome obviously every case is different but I was up against giant and when no one else would help Paul had my back definitely recommend

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience during the first call. The gentleman I talked to asked me if I was ready to spend “thousands of dollars” to file a lawsuit against a business. I’m not sure why he assumed that I signed a RISC agreement and that I had no grounds to start a lawsuit before even looking at my documents. His tone was unapproachable.

3 years ago we upgraded our 14 year old vehicle with a 1 year old mini van with a clean car fax. While driving it home from the dealership, the pre collision sensor light came on and that’s when the night mare began. Within 1 week of our purchase, we were told that the vehicle had been in a serious collision and needed approx 10k in repairs and dealership would not take the vehicle back nor refund our money. I was sick to my stomach. I now had a close to 30k driveway decoration that I did not feel safe to drive. We were very fortunate to have hired Perlman and DePetris who not only took on our case, but with their attention to detail and very in depth knowledge of the laws, they were able to prove to the courts the numerous laws this dealership had broken in our transaction. Once the money judgement was awarded, the dealership attempted to have the judgement dismissed on 3 separate occasions, but with the help of this firm and their very detailed rebuttal, the judge refused to change the verdict all 3 times. This was not an easy case, but with the knowledge and attention to detail given by this firm, Perlman and DePetris, I am happy to say I was finally able to recoup my money and purchase a new, reliable vehicle from a reputable dealer! I am forever grateful to Perlman and DePetris to have this nightmare behind me!
