Extremely unprofessional experience. This attorney Mark Perron constantly made excuses, failed to communicate properly, and did not have the basic courtesy to cancel or simply say they weren’t interested in taking the case. My time was completely wasted. If you’re looking for someone reliable, responsive, and serious about representing you, this is NOT the attorney you want. Representation requires professionalism and accountability — neither of which I experienced here. Thankfully, I found a lawyer who actually means business and respects their clients’ time.

To be honest I confused this law office with another similarly named and left a poor review. They reached out and explained my mistake very cordially and respectful so 5 stars for the customer service. Guess I’ll be giving them a call if I ever get hurt 👍

My boys and I were hit by someone who was uninsured. I had a lot of other complex things happening in my life at the time and this sure was not something I had the mental capacity to manage alone. My now husband had worked with Mark in 2019 (remember the big ice storm just before Christmas) after he was involved in a multi car accident and kept urging me “Call Mark he will take care of you.” So I did. Lawyers scare me but Mark was amazing and changed all that. Once I turned my case over to him I never had another worry. His instructions were for me to focus on me and he would handle everything else. He did! My case took nearly 2 years due to all the medical issues I kept having as a result of the accident. Every question I had was answered, issues with insurance, car repair center, surgery that was needed, compensation and even after my case was closed and a couple issues popped up Mark was ALWAYS right on the spot with answers. No endless waiting for texts, phone calls or emails to be returned. Mark is kind, compassionate, attentive and sharp as a whip! He was never pushy wanting to settle, that ball was always in my court. I have recommended Mark to others including my best friend who was also recently involved in an accident. I promised her a certain level of support, respect and comfort in turning her case over to him as well. He hasn’t disappointed in the slightest. You may hear big names on the TV and other media, but if you want one of a kind attention to you and your case, Mark and Perron Law is the only place in my opinion you will find this.
