Good dude. I’ve never met somebody with so much integrity. However, that does make it complicated for him as a lawyer. I do believe he has legal talent. He just needs to fight for his clients more. But one of the best people I’ve ever ever met in my life. I fired him and got the results I wanted, but he is a wonderful attorney and an absolute sweetheart

After having spoken with four other DWI attorneys in the Albany region I was recommended to Gerstenzang law firm. Joe Gerstenzang was the only attorney I spoke with that after listening to our situation, and needs, clearly presented a well thought out strategy that no one else thought of. Joe Gerstanzang delivered on every strategic position he discussed, and got my daughter across the finish line with the best results ever, and exactly the way he described from Day 1. Great consultation. Jonathan was very knowledgeable in what I needed help with and made me feel at ease. I spoke with several firms in that area and this firm was one of the 4 that I found to top my list. Before retaining the firm, called in and asked if I could break my payments into 2 payments (before the hearing) and was told NO, they absolutely don't do that which I can understand everyone has their policies but I need to know I am not just a dollar $ign and the firm I choose sees me as a person. I went with a different option.

Patrick Campion, the best lawyer I’ve ever worked with! Caring, understanding, LISTENS to you, and never judges(which is huge when you are already feeling so low about yourself)! He answered every text, email or call in such a short time! BUT, on top of all of that, he worked very hard and worked miracles for me. We were referred to this law firm, and we are so happy that we hired them. We had some legal issues that required a certain type of lawyer, and Joe Gerstenzang was exactly who we needed. Unfortunately I put myself in a situation where I needed to avail myself of a top caliber DUI attorney/firm. Fortunately, as a former civil litigator in New York, I knew to retain Gerstenzang, Sills, Davis, Cohn & Gerstenzang. Thanks to their skill and reputation, the result arrived at in my case could not have been any better. This was achieved prior to having to go to trial. I was apprised, informed and counseled throughout the entire process by the attorney handling my case, Joe Gerstenzang. Generally I do not recommend or refer very readily, especially for matters that are so vital, as I feel a certain sense of responsibility which is beyond my control. That being said, if you find yourself arrested for DUI, your first and only call for legal representation should be to Gerstenzang,Sills,Davis,Cohn & Gerstenzang.

As we all know life situations happen and I've found myself with 3 DWI's within 25 years. As many of you may know this is not an ideal situation to be in and I was quickly referred to Peter Gerstenzang and Joe Gertenzang by my Uncle who has used their services in the past. This was by far the best decision I could have made in my life. Their team was simply amazing! They traveled to me and my appearances 3 hours away from their office on multiple occasions. Wow where do I start I guess this is how my story went. I'm a 41 year old man who was at the end of his rope and was ready to throw it all in for a different hand till a friend of mine recommended Peter and his firm. I gave it one last shot and spoke to Peter personally and he told me to come in for a consultation which I did. I didn't see any good in this consultation I was for sure I was going to jail and I would lose joint custody of my children. I met with members of Peters firm and explained my case to them with the feeling of them telling me I was in a know win situation but I was wrong they broke every little detail down and by the time I left the consultation I was a new man with nothing but hope and staying alive.
