I got into a bad accident in 2024 and let's just say it turned my world upside down. The adjuster was a total jerk from day one and thank God my Dad is friends with PMA. I could write a short story on all the things he did for me; just know he cares and goes out of his way to help. I could not have asked for a better lawyer for my case. It is also cool that he is a true trial lawyer and will take the defense insurance company to court if they don’t offer a fair settlement, but I did not want that and I think his reputation is known to the insurance adjusters so they settled for their limits. He would call me on Sunday to check in— who does that!? He does and I'd give him 10 stars if there was an option.

Best lawyer I’ve ever talked to!

Mr. and Mrs. Anderson saw me stranded on the side of the road (my motorcycle died on me). Mr. Anderson expressed his love of motorcycles and helping others as they helped me out. They took at least an hour out of their day to help me jump the bike several times and limp it back to my destination. Without them I would have spend a lot longer stranded and cannot thank them enough. Thank ya'll!!!

My family and I first met Peter and his staff back in 2017 after my then-20 year old was injured in a multi-car accident. I am PMA’s one and only brother, which means I’ve known his character and heart for over 50 years. And I thought it would be helpful for those fortunate enough to work with him to share 3 things about him that people don’t know and knowing him so well, I’m confident he has not shared as he’s a humble guy especially with all his Buddhist meditation practice (he built a small temple in his home), so here goes: My brother is a consummate Professional: a Professional Jury Trial Lawyer. The word ‘professional’ is different than an expert. In PMA’s case, a professional jury trial lawyer means for two years straight he woke up every morning at 5am and for 3 hours he did what he calls “purposeful practice presentation work.” Meaning he practiced things that homed in on mastering his oratory skills: he did voice work (has a voice coach), he practices talking to people at court, meditation practice, he practiced his presentation skills, yoga, etc. No one knows the dedication behind-the-scenes, but the result is he wins 96% of his jury trials and is on a 12-jury trial win streak (he previously won 16 jury trials in a row) so that’s how it translates. Second, he is very disciplined and is into ‘micro habits’. Whether it’s his workouts preparing for a BJJ competition, 6-hour endurance dirt bike race, or 2-week jury trial, he is religious about his diet, supplements, hydration, nutrition, mediation, etc. I would characterize it as he is very dedicated to being his best, and I think people see the results but not the daily grind of bettering himself which again is why he’s super successful. The third thing that people don’t know about my brother is that he is a nerd. He won’t admit it, but the guy reads several books a month, and he highlights and then types out his notes! His collection is trial books from The Trial Guides and he’s got 38 signatures in his collection of trial books. This is different than his board certification and lecturing nationally, he just loves the subconscious, the psychology and the science behind persuading and influencing people. I can’t go into the details because I don’t know the inner workings of it all but suffice to say he is a total nerd and if you bring up things like bias, or this NLP, or anything having to do with patterns and why people do and decide why they do things he’ll geek out and tell you about the 5 books he’s reading now and how he’s using it in his monthly focus groups, etc. I am super proud of my brother. And I am hopeful that this behind-the-scenes peak into his life is helpful because the people see all the verdicts, but what they don’t see is the dedication and passion in his work -and he’s been like this for over 2 decades. I’m his brother, I am biased indeed, but if you talk to his friends, or clients they will all say he is the kindest, most hard working and dedicated trial lawyer in the States. And I hope he follows his older brother’s advice and writes a book so fellow attorneys can see how he’s put all the knowledge together to consistently help people through meaningful and very large verdicts.
