Ms. Peters and her team helped me reduce a reckless driving misdemeanor charge to an improper driving citation. I was pulled over for 90/70 in Hanover County, MD. This was my first offense. I completed the RADEP course, did community service and Ms. Peters appeared in court on my behalf. After the judge agreed to a reduction, I was responsible for a $400 fine plus $74 court fees.
