They Dont Care about Helping People Forreal . The lady wont even talk to you . I recommend You Find Someone else for situations like this . They’re not helpful at all .. COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS HORRIBLE
This person has never been a client. He called my Denton, TX Office and was asking about record clearing services in Illinois. The Paralegal here, Cara, has many reviews below praising her specifically for her knowledge and polite explanations. She had to tell this man one, that we cannot practice in Illinois and two, some of his Denton County records are not eligible for clearing under any applicable Texas Law. The "review" above is a matter of shooting the messenger.

This is also Mr. Reed and he,<br> Was not honest with me regarding his expectations regarding the case I was handling for him. Only after he refused a much-improved offer negotiated by me and refused to pay for a trial did I learn that it was dismissal or nothing with Mr. Reed. I would not have accepted the representation under those conditions. If I could dismiss the other party's case and guarantee dismissals, I would charge a fortune. Mr. Reed is suffering from his own unrealistic expectations.

Dan Peugh does an excellent job. He is a strong advocate for his clients and is a great trial attorney. Since his days at the Denton County District Attorneys Office Dan has always had a great work ethic. I highly recommend him.

Very rude and unprofessional, took incredibly long to communicate anything about the case, always left me confused and with so many questions that he would not answer. Would give zero stars if I could.
I have not had a client named "sydney" for as long as I can remember. Still, please look at more reviews. You will see Cara and I get high marks for communications specifically.
I'm really satisfied and thankful in the way mr.peugh helped me. he's staff are really professional and helped me. Mr peugh is the best I highly recommend him.
I live next to this place and almost every other night there is a live band or someone playing drums there with the window open so loud that I can hear it CLEARLY and I am not even the closest apartment to them. I have called the police almost 5 times now. I wouldn’t care if it was during the day but it is 99% of the time after 9 pm which I work at 8 am the next day and have to be up at 6. So here I am resorting to other actions in hopes maybe I will get some sleep for once. The police will continue to be called as well.
The Peugh Law Firm Practices Law. We do not practice drums. We are not the only entity in this building. There are a few others. I have contacted the Building Owner about this noise complaint and the Building Owner has promised swift action against the disturbers of the peace. Just one more way that THE PEUGH LAW FIRM GETS THE JOB DONE!
I was very impressed that Mr. Peugh took the time to chat with opposing counsel and then gave us a solid reccomendation all before being retained. The service level that Mr. Peugh provides is exemplary.

He was rude
We often get calls for geographic areas and areas of law that we do not serve. People are disappointed when we have to politely tell them no, a few are more than disappointed. We certainly aren't perfect but, we are never rude. I would direct all who see this review to look at a few more reviews. Cara and I get very high marks for communication.
