Not good experience at all

Don't Use Them.

Phelps Chartered has various attorneys. I have used two of them on occasion and they were bulldogs that fought for my rights and protection. I would recommend them for criminal defense or family court from my experience.

The entire organization has gone above and beyond during this entire experience that we have had with them -which lasted over three years and is still going on I can never recall a moment where she did not take the time to just listen or give advice or Support in a very difficult case. We will forever be grateful for the time And attention to detail. She truly invest herself in her client. And we are so thankful. By the way, she is also WON The last three cases she has worked with us.

All she did was take my kids away

Horrible no help at all!! Even act proud of herself for loose a case. After waiting years she never checks on case, seen if we needed more evidence nothing. Of course we lost! Never put your hopes into the group of attorneys!!!!

Horribly disrespectful insulted my child’s name in front of her. Very very unpleasant woman for any good dads out here skip over this place when looking for representation.

Trash. Charged me hourly fees for ten minute worthless calls. At one turning point of case, I raised issue just to be shushed”that’s normal process”. After multiple texts and emails stating I was firing her, so I’d recoup a little of retainer, she then whips out a motion stating everything I raised alarm about at earlier mentioned turning point of case. All to use up rest of my retainer and then some. If this your only option save your money and represent yourself.

Rebekah was very professional and fair in pricing.

Guess they have plenty of business called twice and asked for a callback or an appointment. They refuse to let me talk with an attorney or even make an appointment.

Never returned my call nor voicemail

I don’t recommend this law firm at all. When my wishes are ignored and my decisions ignored we have a problem. Also? The level of disrespect towards my wife is absolutely unprofessional and not warranted.
