If you saw my review previously, you will see that I have since returned and improved the score. I was unhappy with a few things that happened along the way, and things were definitely messy, but Derrick did come through and helped save the contract involving the sale of our house. He also made right on an issue that arose months later regarding a check that I had provided his office. In my experience, it may take some time, effort, and extreme patience, but Derrick will work to get the job done.

As a pastor a father and owner of a small business in Livingston county NY for over 30 years,, I was in need of a real estate attorney to litigate a wrong doing that had happened to me that tried to threatened the very moral fiber of who i am, as parent /mentor./ small business owner I have always tried to lead by example and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ whom I serve . I will not go into great detail because that will do no one any good , but i will say that Derrick Spatorico , listened to what i had to say even after no less 20 other attorneys would not even give me the time of day let alone listen to what i was going through , I have never been through a real estate litigation . But Derrick not only listened, but took my case and answered all my questions and very patiently walked me through the whole process and never once left me hanging with questions on where did i stand , as a matter of fact he was ahead of the process at all times waiting for the other side to make a move , he diligently returned all my calls and my emails . he even met my time schedule which was around 7 am in the mornings to send me information. I have never met an attorney who absolutely cares about his client as much as derrick does and absolutely knows the letter of the law and will not be swayed by any mans opinion of what it says., In my opinion he is a man of INTEGRITY ! and I don't say that lightly! as far as i am concerned Derrick is a 2nd to none in the Lawyer community , and sets the Highest example of moral fiber in what it means to represent someone in what seems to them one of their darkest Hours , I will never be able to thank Derrick enough for His work on my behalf , I will always refer Him and His firm. Derrick Spatorico, I would not refer Derrick Spatorico to anyone in any way shape or form, not even an enemy. He worked for me on a ridiculously super easy, basic case. We of course walked out with a positive outcome because I had all the nessassary proof for my personal position in the case that I should not have been a part of it. But knowing what I knew then & now, at this point I would not hire him again. Be very careful when choosing any attorney, do not place your trust in any attorney blindly. Vet them hard, reassess OFTEN, research thier past cases & interview them to get to know thier professional personalities, no matter how good they boast that they think they are, & no matter whom tells you they are good. It might just be a bunch of hot air to convince themselves & thier potential clients.
