The best in the biz here in Pittsburgh, Phil is a great guy, very knowledgeable of the area judicial system plus has good working relations with local prosecutors, DA's and judges. His staff of lawyers are all also knowledgeable, friendly, willing to sit down and go over every detail to make sure they can help you in the best possible way they can. Office in the Grant Building is impressive which is a short walk to court house. Receptionist is over the top friendly as well. You get what you pay for and I dont recommend doing anything on the cheap when it can literally be life changing from one outcome to the next. I've came across two situations in the past 5 or 6 years and hired Phil's office each time. The first time Phil himself took my case and I was very impressed of his confidence to help me and he delivered. The second time Phil appointed Anthony to my case and the outcome was very pleasing to my surprise. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and respectful are the words that come to mind! They can consider me a client for life now!
