I dont give many 4 star reviews, but I absolutely recommend Mr. Hall and his staff to handle your legal needs. I sought out services from Mr. Hall related to a claim with my home owner's insurance company, after getting help from a public adjustor was a terrible process, and ultimately unsuccessful. My only regret is not contacting Mr. Hall first. He and his staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Definitely not a "stuffy" lawyer's office. Mr. Hall was very personable when I spoke to him on the phone and when he came to my home. His office handled everything, which meant I did not have to interact with the insurance company (or the public adjustor). His paralegal, Wendy, was absolutely amazing. She was on the phone with me for extended periods, walking me through getting together all of the documents that were needed for the case. I was so overwhelmed with what the insurance company was asking me for that I would not have been able to do it without her. I so appreciate and am very happy with the service and the results that I got from Mr. Hall and his staff. Definitely "Ask a lawyer first" if you have an insurance claim related to hurricane or other damage to your home. Do NOT trust the process to a public adjustor.

If you think you know what you're in for when you deal with insurance companies, you're wrong. They're programmed to beat you down, dismiss you, belittle you, question your honesty & integrity as a person. They'll push you to your limit. Their goal ? Get you to quit, give up, drop your case. I speak from experience on how hard this is on a person, especially when your dealing with medical issues . It's all too much. I was near the end of my rope after being denied benefits. I can't be more grateful I found Mr. Hall. He took charge of dealing with an insane insurance company on my behalf. I can't explain the level of relief I had after our first call. Mr. Hall is by far one of the best attorneys that I have ever worked with. His office was prompt, professional, and helpful in every interaction we had.
