Terrible lawyer. Was unprepared, did not provide/bring documentation I provided, and was late to court because he was doing something else in the courthouse. Judge had him stand and reprimanded him. Mediation was horrid. He just sat there and read a magazine. I should have seen the signs early on and cut my losses financially by firing him. Stay far away from this lawyer. If I had more energy I would he’d reported him to the bar.

I seeked his services on the recommendation of a family friend to find out, he not had any experience fighting on behalf of a discriminated employee of a USPS Contractor. After weeks of not getting any kind of correspondence or action, I had to fire him. I wish he would have been honest from the get go about his lack of experience in fighting a legal case like this.

Helped me get full custody of my son, Phil helped me understand what was happening and made sure I knew we were going after what I want, not what I think I can get. He knows what he's doing, and I felt confident every time we entered the courtroom.

Charges a non refundable $50 consultation fee. Seems inexpensive, but when working with employment law, you get a lot of recently fired, not getting paid, forced out of work types and $50 can make ot break sometone. Food for thought.
