Attorney Kim is very honest and professional. I received a traffic citation that I believed was unfair, and I was prepared to spend more money to fight the case all the way to a jury trial. However, Mr. Kim approached the situation very objectively and advised me not to waste time and resources, but instead to focus on achieving the best possible outcome. He even turned down the opportunity to pursue additional attorney fees, which truly shows his integrity and professionalism. After communicating with the prosecutor, Mr. Kim was able to have the case dismissed. I strongly recommend Attorney Kim and his law firm, Phillip Kim Law, P.C. He is truly outstanding.

We had a great experience with this law firm handling a speeding ticket. From start to finish, they were professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and kept us updated throughout the entire process, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Communication was excellent — they responded quickly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. All their staff was polite and nice, especially Karen with who I comunicated the most . I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $1,000 for representation regarding a car insurance issue and ultimately received little to no meaningful assistance. What frustrates me most is not just the outcome, but the lack of transparency. If this case was not something the firm was equipped to handle effectively, I wish that had been communicated upfront. Instead, I paid a substantial fee for minimal progress and unclear direction. To make matters worse, I later received a quote from another attorney for $500 for similar services. This makes the pricing feel disproportionate to the value provided. Clients deserve honesty about what can realistically be accomplished and fair pricing that reflects the scope of work. I would have appreciated clear expectations rather than paying a premium for limited results. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

I must start off by saying Attorney Philip Kim was my third Lawyer. My first lawyer left the firm and I was reassigned to another lawyer which didn’t seem like he wanted to fight my case.
