My experience with Phillip and his team was the best I've ever had , the staff kept consistent communication with me while there office got information from the other side of the person that rear ended me at a stop light there in gresham. The car accident had enough force to my shouler to have surgery and physical therapy. It took some time for there firm to resolve all medical bills the short time disability through my insurance while the firm built a case for me . Meanwhile I was in a financial burden and the office staff was able to get the insurance to start paying auto coverag Benefits for a year to help me not stress over the car accident and my bills. Mr. Gilbert and office staff worked so hard to Represent Me in a very sensitive case due to my age and was able to close the case without going to court, I had no bills from the hospital, or physical therapy and they able to settle the case with a very good cash out settlement. I am writing this to file a formal complaint against Philip “SCAM” Gilbert for harassment and unethical conduct. Despite overwhelming evidence proving my niece's innocence in a hit-and-run case, this attorney has continued to pursue legal action against her for almost a year. His actions are a clear abuse of the legal system, and his relentless harassment has caused significant distress and harm to my niece. We have alp of the documentation that irrefutably proves my niece's non-involvement in the incident, including a video before and after this “supposed” hit and run proving there has never been any damage. Moreover, her vehicle has never been involved in any accident. I am going to request that the appropriate authorities investigate this matter and take disciplinary action against this scam artist for his unscrupulous behavior. His actions are a disgrace to the legal profession, and he should be held accountable. I have attached a photo of his “supporting evidence” of the $10,000 claim against my niece who has already provided proof that she was at work the day and time of this made up accident that caused someone to get $10,000 work of medical treatment. 😂😂😂 IN RESPONSE: I am posting this to express my extreme concern and disappointment regarding the handling of this situation by yourself and the Gresham PD. After reviewing the evidence provided, I am shocked and disturbed by the lack of substance and the reliance on circumstantial claims. The attached photo of a scratch on the car is not conclusive evidence, as my niece has provided proof that the scratch was present when she purchased the vehicle. Furthermore, she has supplied evidence and witness statements from her workplace, confirming that her car and she were present at work during the alleged incident. The police report is equally troubling, as it relies solely on the claimant's own testimony, over a phone call, and lacks concrete evidence. The report also details a long pattern of harassment by the claimant against my niece over the course of 9 months, which is unacceptable. I am appalled that a grown man was encouraged to stalk and harass a 24-year-old female, showing up at her home and public parking lots, taking photos and videos of her and her car. This behavior is intimidating and threatening, and my niece is rightfully terrified. I demand that you take immediate action to address this situation and ensure my niece's safety. We have been advised to seek legal counsel and will pursue all necessary measures to protect her rights. Furthermore, the photos provided of the supposed damage are also questionable, as they show no visible damage to your claimants car. The scratch in question (pictured) is on the opposite side of the car and about 2 ft apart from top to bottom of where your claimants alleged damage is, and considering the claimant's vehicle is significantly higher off the ground than my niece's, making it unlikely that the damage occurred as claimed by my niece or her car. I strongly advise that you reevaluate your standards after this because this is a very disturbing case with troubling implications. We will keep you posted on our next steps in this matter.
