*** ZERO STARS*** November 2022 i called this office seeking an atty. I was told by Phil he would personally take my case n not hand it off-- LIE #1 ive not heard from him since. I was also told they would take 1/4 of my money n only take 1/3 if it went to trial. LIE #2 My case did not go to trial but im told they are still taking 1/3 because it went to deposition. Thats NOT what i was told! Deposition is a normal part of civil litigation - its not extra! I promise they did NOT do anything to deserve taking 1/3! At 1st i had a really good paralegal - Bianca- she did her job n did it well. I was always told my atty would explain.... I became a client November 2022 n didnt even know i had an atty until July 2024! None if my questions were ever answered...if i got an update? It was only because i emailed n asked then would have to wait days, weeks-- once i waited over 2 months for a response!!! So unprofessional! When it came time to mediate i felt like my atty was working for the other team. I said i didnt want to go below a certain # but was told since they came up on an offer that out of "respect" we needed to go down n go down he did. But here is the worst part!! Over 30 days ago a release was signed n it stated once signed it would be within 30 days my money would be released. Last week was the end of that 30 days so i contacted my atty to see if maybe they had- they should have-- but!!!! No one sent the notorized copy over! They "forgot"! So now i have to wait another 30 days!!! So-- i was lied to, ignored, not fought for, made to feel im not important n neither is my case, low balled into a small amount of money n now i have to wait yet another 30 days because someone did not do their job! I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy! Go somewhere else if you want to be helped because you wont get it here!
