Guy takes a case only to decide months down the road he is going to drop it. He knew and still waited months after i gave him answers to questions to tell me he was dropping my case. Don't waist your time on this joker.

Recommended. Professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. He showed a real interest in the issue I contacted him about, remained in touch during the process, and was incredibly patient with my endless questions. Should I require the services of an attorney in the future he's the first guy I'm calling.

Ugh where do I even begin with this guy??!!

It has taken me months to form a review of this lawyer. From day one, he didn’t appear to want to represent me for what I was seeking in my custody battle. I met with him to have papers filed, and three weeks later he missed the opportunity to do so because my child’s father then filed. I believe this effected the case’s outcome due to the other lawyer already filed and prepared documents, ready to be signed by the judge on the day of court. Mr. Piatt never prepared or filed any documents for me to the court other than to “appear” on my behalf. Additionally, he stood silent and unwilling to verbally represent me during court. I would highly suggest not choosing this lawyer, especially for very important cases such as custody. He charged me a very large sum and barely did anything at all, other than meet with me 3 times and appear at court. Don’t choose a lawyer just because his face is on a billboard. I made that mistake.
