Ricardo Picarreto and his secretaries showed no respect. He didn't continue with the case; it was my husband's and my case. He dismissed my husband's case because his secretaries said he had an accident, but that had nothing to do with it. He has assistants, and my husband was left in the hands of immigration. But he did keep our money.

He's the worst lawyer. They didn't follow up on my case, they didn't answer the court attorney's emails, and they didn't even notify me that they were no longer going to represent me. They told me because I called them. And I had already paid! Terrible service, and he didn't even come to talk to me. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!

Definitely totally disconnected, in January 2024 I started with him, in the middle of the year he told me to bring him what I had, I took it to him, he told me that with the information I had I could get my wavar visa, this is the date that I have not been able to speak with the Lawyer, here Google 3 women appear, I don't know if they are secretaries or lawyers, but the woman in the middle is a despot, one speaks and she attends to you as if they were giving you something, she has heard me crying desperately to speak with the lawyer and it is October 6, 2025 and the lawyer has never had the courtesy to answer my call, I have requested my money and even then they do not give me an answer, before I finished paying because it has been very difficult for me if they answered me but as if I were plagued, that despotic woman always answers me badly, from the first day I arrived she has scanned me from head to toe, one day I called and she tells me, an email was sent to you ma'am, in that moment I was getting there and he said that my request was not viable, if when I spoke to the lawyer he said yes, I told them that I was not going to sign anything because he had already told me that if it happened, and then they send me a message that they were wrong and it was not for me, imagine the kind of formality they have here, it is shameful that in an office they behave like this, ahhh but now they do not even answer my calls or messages, I need my money back because they are informal people, they do not have a bit of respect for people, I hope they do not fall here and the worst thing is that I sent people here because I thought they were serious and professional people, please do not fall here the lawyer only attends to you to tell you if your termite will pass and nothing, he is conspicuous by his absence. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

I am very satisfied with the work of attorney Roberto Picarreto and his team. They have achieved a lot in my immigration process and obtained my divorce in a short time.

If you want to waste your money and time, this is the best lawyer to do it with. They play games with you, take advantage of people's vulnerable situations, and don't help you resolve your case. Contacting the lawyer is nearly impossible; you're always in contact with their assistants, some of whom are rude and impatient. They always tell you the lawyer is "in court" and take a very, very long time to answer your questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LIKE MY FAMILY AND I DID.

Bad lawyers, they only call to collect payment. They never asked me for anything, they didn't show up for my court appointments, and when I finished paying, they never called me again. A lawyer who tells you to accept what the system offers because in the end there's no justice. It's not worth paying him to defend you; he's working for the system, not for you. Picarreto isn't a loyal or ethical lawyer. According to him, there's no justice, and you have to submit. After four court hearings, two of which he didn't attend or even keep me informed about, and I lost my time and days of work, he suggested I accept the state's offer: plead guilty and pay the fine. I said, "No!" And his response was, "I advise you to accept it because at the end of the day, this is Forsyth County, and there's no justice for Latinos here." I said, "No!" I had to speak with the district attorney and explain what had happened. The case was dismissed. No thanks to my lawyer.

I had a bad experience with the lawyer Roberto Piccarreto. When I went to court, he had no information about my case, and he told me that his secretaries hadn't informed him about it. After that, he lied to the judge, saying that I had dropped the contract and then resumed it due to lack of money, even though his secretaries had charged me $2,000 upfront. In front of the court, I had to remain silent about this lawyer's incompetence. Even after we left the courthouse, he promised me a $1,000 loan. I kept calling him, but he never gave me an answer about the loan. When I finally got an answer, his secretaries told me that I had misunderstood him and that he was the one giving me the loan. He's a swindler, but I know that with God, there is justice.
