The whole Piccin and Glynn team is great! I hired them after a car accident and they were supportive through the entire process. The assistants were able to answer my questions and responded to my emails. They also worked with my schedule when it came to appointments and phone calls. Ms. Glynn was always professional and friendly. She made sure I understood every step of the process and kept me up to date with my case. I never felt like “just another case” or like an afterthought. If I have personal injury issues in the future, I would definitely call them again, and I recommend them to my friends for sure.

Ridiculously rude staff

Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Purely Profit-Driven Experience I retained Piccin & Glynn after an auto accident. In the beginning, things seemed fine — they were investigating and appeared to be doing their job. But once it became clear that the at-fault driver was likely fraudulent and uninsured, everything changed. Their private investigator even found multiple vehicles with transporter tags linked to defunct businesses at the man’s home, yet after realizing this case wasn’t going to be a “money pit,” their interest and communication dropped off entirely. From then on, updates stopped, and I had to repeatedly reach out just to find out what was happening. Only after pressing for answers did I discover they had decided to file suit without ever consulting me. When I pointed out how little information I’d been given, I learned just how much they had kept from me during the investigation. Most of my communication was through Judi, who repeatedly gave vague or incomplete responses and failed to heed constructive criticism even when I specifically asked for clearer updates and transparency. Instead of improving communication, they became even less responsive. Eventually, my point of contact shifted to Leslie, but even then, Attorney John Piccin himself never once replied directly to any of my emails. When my concerns escalated, they finally scheduled a meeting with Piccin. During that meeting, he decided not to address the raised concern about their communication and the developing issues in my case. Instead, he focused on whether I was still injured and even told me outright that if I was fully healed, he couldn’t help me. That made it crystal clear that his focus was on potential payout — not on actually representing me fully or defending my interests. Piccin didn’t even know basic, key facts about my case and had to rely on the same staffer I had complained about. That staffer refused to come into the meeting — she just yelled answers from another room, which was completely unprofessional. After I voiced that I was considering other representation, the firm went totally silent. They refused to provide a letter of consent that would have allowed other attorneys to speak with me about my case. Their only response after that was to inform me that my file was ready for pickup once I terminated them. In my experience, this firm was disorganized, dismissive, and profit-motivated, not client-focused. Once they realized my case wouldn’t be lucrative, they stopped communicating, ignored my concerns, and retaliated when I tried to move on. If you value honest communication, professional conduct, and attorneys who actually care about your case beyond the payout, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I was so impressed with the entire staff! Mr.Piccin was very professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I would definitely go back to this office for future attorney needs and I recommend them highly. Judy is his paralegal and was astute, pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
