I witnessed the most incompetent attorney I've ever witnessed there, even after spending 8 hours preparing with attorney over 2 days, he did nothing and said nothing while other party ran the entire hearing. Our consensus was he was too scared to litigate. He just wants to push paper around for hours. Refused to impeach the other party although he had evidence to do so.
