Terrible lawyer who will tie up your case past the time limit then drop you like a hot potato if it can't be settled out of court. He never looked at prior medical records before agreeing to take the case and then dropped me because it it was "too costly" for him to continue. In his own words he won't try it if he can't win it, but he can't win it if he doesn't try it. Pick someone else if your case is complicated because you only have three years for malpractice. You don't need this guy tying up your case past that deadline and then dropping you because he doesn't want to go to court. Feel free to reach out if you want more details.

If they say they are going to call you, don't hold your breath, as you will have to call to remind them that they said they were going to call you days ago. Apparently they think only they're time is valuable.

Don't string someone along telling them that your office is drafting a statement of claim, not communicate with them for months. Have the client call then mail a letter closing their case. My health was ignored for 2 years before I found out the reason I was so sick was I had cancer that was undiagnosed. I have advanced stage cancer and being told there is nothing they can do now. Talk about medical negligence followed by a lawyers negligence. I'm spending my time waiting for the cancer to kill me now since I am unable to hold a job.
