I wish I had used Piedmont Injury Law from the start. I was in an accident (I was not at fault) in earlyJanuary of 2023. I had been working with an attorney I knew from college since that point but with no discernible movement or advice on when this would end, I finally had eject from that relationship and fortunately went and met with Ken in mid 2025. From the very beginning he was professional, realistic, and clear on what our expectations should be. He aggressively and vigorously worked on my behalf to get a settlement I was happy with. His communication throughout the entire process was consistent, polite, and informative. I hope you’re never in a situation where you need an injury lawyer but if you do, Ken Crosson is absolutely the guy I’d recommend.
How dare you call me polite, sir!

Happy to have been able to help, and thanks for the great review. Merry Christmas in advance!
I was in a car accident and delayed seeking an Attorney because I really had no idea just how severe my injuries were and are. I had a brain injury and was completely overwhelmed. My health changed immediately following the accident. I started experiencing so many things that I had never experienced before and had no idea that my health would continue to get worse and the medical bills only added more stress. I couldn’t drive, walk properly or safely, couldn’t see well, extreme pain and so many dangerous health issues were happening. Because my brain was damaged, I literally didn’t realize the severity of my issues. I had lost so much of my ability to function. The 2 year clock was coming up and people asked why I hadn’t hired a lawyer. I truly believed that things would get better over time. I was a former World Ranked Athlete and hoped to just push through the pain. After being hospitalized with a dangerous issue that not only required me to move out of a home that i purchased at the same time as the accident, I learned that I now had a dangerous disease that would affect me forever and was definitely caused by the head injury. As one of many Drs that i had to see said- the brain controls everything and mine was sending signals to my major organs that were not safe. The accident was caused by a driver on her cellphone and i realized that her recklessness was going to negatively affect me for the rest of my life. The other drivers poor decision took everything away from me. Seeking a great Law firm was important as it became more clear that i will never be the same; physically, mentally, emotionally and financially. I found Piedmont Injury Law Firm from someone i knew. They are professional, patient with me, understanding and take care of so much which in my case is all very necessary. They took my case knowing they would have to move quickly because i made the decision to hire a firm so close to the 2 year mark. Over 4 years since the accident and so many health issues i am trying to come to terms with and trying to hold onto some hope, at least i have a Law Firm that is looking out for my best interests. I want to dream again. I lost my home because of the accident and just want a simple home again that is safe for me and I want as much control of my health that is possible. Writing this was not easy as I can not write well as I used to. Spellcheck and writing in notes a little at a time is necessity. I have not written as much positive as this firm deserves but maybe one day… UPDATE - years later and so many awful issues. My ability to look at the whole picture and really think about the way things were handled has completely changed my thoughts about this Law Firm. They would probably be great with straight forward issues, but in my case, it has been complex and their limited staff seemed overwhelmed and under qualified to handle everything effectively. I actually would have done much much better with a different firm OR EVEN just settling right after the accident. Their intentions seemed ok but the results were horrible. I ended up in the negative on everything! I lost so much and most importantly, my health will be a constant struggle as will paying for needed medical care that was/is directly related to my car accident. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I am an honest person so I couldn’t leave the post as first written. My final settlement amount is less than what most insurance companies settle with if a person has a few pulled muscles or simple aches and pains… I will be financially and medically burdened for the rest of my life… My suggestion is that folks look for a firm that will meet with you (face to face), listen well, be clear on what is needed (or not), will truly fight for you as if you were their only client and show that their actions match up to their words!
Debbie, it's been a pleasure and an honor working with you. Glad we've been able to give you a good experience to date.

UPDATE: Debbie, it sounds like you were not happy with the results of your case. I don't know what those results were, because you took your case to another law firm over two years ago, but if the outcome was disappointing I'm not happy to hear it. I'm sorry you felt the need to come back here and turn a five-star review into a one-star review based on the results delivered by a different firm, and I hope you'll consider whether or not doing so is fair and ultimately take this down. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you and your family all the best, now and in the future.
I had my initial consult today where attorney Ken took the time to educate me on what to look out for with a whiplash case. Like the other reviews say, very personable.
I am so grateful for Ken Crosson and the team at Piedmont Injury Law for their exceptional work in settling my motor vehicle accident case. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and care made all the difference. Ken Crosson is an outstanding attorney who clearly knows his craft. He took the time to understand every detail of my case, guided me through the legal process with patience, and made sure I felt confident at every step. His thoroughness, attention to detail and perseverance were evident in the strong outcome he achieved for me. One of the highlights of working with Ken and his team was their constant communication. They kept me updated on every development, answered all my questions promptly, and always ensured I understood my options. This level of transparency was incredibly reassuring during such a challenging time. Ken Crosson genuinely cares about his clients, and that was clear from our first meeting. He treated me with respect, compassion, and empathy, which made a tough situation much easier to handle. It was evident that he was personally invested in getting the best outcome for me. Thanks to Ken’s dedication and skillful negotiation the compensation I received exceeded my expectations and allowed me to move forward with peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. If you’re in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney, I highly recommend Ken Crosson at Piedmont Injury Law. His professionalism, skill, and genuine care for his clients set him apart. I’m incredibly thankful for his help and would trust him with any legal matter in the future.
Are you TRYING to make me cry? 🥹🤣

Val, you were a joy to work with. Let's never do it again. Ken
I was involved in a life threatening car accident. Piedmont Injury Law advised and ensured that I only concentrated on my recovery. They took care of everything that I did not understand and ensured all my questions were answered. When I became concerned about my medical bills, Piedmont Injury Law was on top of the situation. They worked every angle to ensure the funds were made available to pay all my medical bills. They also negotiated with my medical creditors until things were settled and finished. I am a very satisfied client. If you need representation after a car accident, Piedmont Injury Law is your one stop shop.
I really enjoyed working with you, Marshall. Glad we were able to help with this situation. Keep in touch!
Ken and his staff have been helpful and have worked diligently to ensure I have a successful resolution to my case. I have no doubts that Ken will come through for myself and my family.
Review us again when we finally win this for you. We're going to get you there, my friend.
I personally cannot thank Ken enough! He has been very informative throughout my case. My case was definitely not cut and dry and Ken has taken it head on! He has kept me updated on everything from the beginning. He not only updates me regularly, but he checks in to see how I am doing physically and mentally as well. However, even if the details are minimal he makes sure I am aware. He ask my opinion and/or feelings about everything. He even sacrificed his Saturday to meet me at the location of my accident to make sure he fully understood and had every detail needed for my case, the entire time making sure I was ok physically to be there. Unfortunately most lawyers care about the end results and money, but not Ken he cares about the person he’s representing! I highly recommend Ken and his team!
Thanks, Kelly. I hate it when bad things happen and wish I had a magic wand or a time machine so I could keep you from getting hurt in the first place, but I'm glad to have met you. We'll keep fighting the good fight.
ken is a great personal injury, attorney. He has been great through the whole process. First explain me everything that was gonna go on and then communicating with me through the whole process. I would absolutely tell anybody to call him up if you need help in a personal injury case. Jay
Thanks, Jay.
Attorney Ken is amazing when it comes to communication and understanding to the fact I was injured in a car wreck and ended up with a TBI. He and the law firm are patient and kind and keep in contact with me throughout this long process. Very transparent and I highly recommend him and the law firm for an accident lawyer. Thank you again case is still ongoing so can’t put details but they are doing a great job.
Thanks, Kristen. We're with you to the finish line.
Lazy, Unprofessional, and Dishonest! We hired Ken at Piedmont Injury Law after a horrible accident (we were not at fault) and couldn't be more disappointed with the results. First, Ken had us sign a contract that awarded him 40% of gross recovery which is about 7-10% higher than the industry average (that should have been the first warning sign). After signing his contract, Ken did not put any time or effort into our case and dropped the ball at every turn. We had several meetings in his office where he and his assistant were not even prepared to tell us where our case was and fumbled through papers time and time again. Fortunately, my wife and I keep great records and notes because we eventually had to work on our own case and become our own advocates. We had to negotiate on our own behalf the cost of treatments and medical bills even though Ken said they would handle that (it even states that in his contract). Ken and Piedmont Injury Law still took 40% of what was awarded! Then, on top of everything else, it took Ken 6 MONTHS after he received payment (settlement) from our insurance to pay us. In no way, shape or form can I recommend Ken Crosson to anyone!!!
David, sorry you felt you had to leave a review like this. Thanks to confidentiality rules I'm very limited in the degree to which I can respond here. I'll just say I accept that your perspective is sincere, but it's inaccurate in a number of ways and terribly misleading in others. I wish you and your family the best. I hope you'll choose at some point to take this review down, but that's up to you.
Ken Crosson took on my case even though I had a lot going on in life that wasn't going to help my case at all.Not only did he take my case on,deal with my nonsense..but he got me paid more then I thought possible.Im still a little shocked how he made this happen for me..and very appreciative!Thank you Ken and Angela. Recommended🇺🇸
What you said this morning when you picked up your check made my day. Really glad to have been able to help. Good luck with your big plans!
Super helpful and prompt getting everything complete. Would definitely recommend Ken Crosson to anyone looking for an excellent injury attorney.
Thanks, Zach. But let's try not to have to do it again. :)
I wouldn’t have picked a different law firm to deal with my case, even if I was given the opportunity. Everyone I spoke to was always very kind and patient with my questions. With that, I always felt in the loop throughout the process. This is by far anyones best option.
Skylar, I'm glad we were able to help. I hope you're doing well.
Ken and Angela basically helped me keep my life moving forward even with the injuries. The physical & mental support they give is 1st class. The emotional toll can be extremely difficult when the event changes your life permanently. They understand this more than anyone I've spoken with about the accident. You get great care from people that genuinely care. If this is what you want....this is your spot!
Jace, thanks for the kind words. We're going to get you through this, my friend.
Ken and his team are more than just a law firm, they treat clients like family. So much appreciation for the advocacy and caring that allows for healing while all the legal details are covered. Thank you, Ken!! You are the best!!
I appreciate you right back, Kelly. Thanks!
My family and I were involved in a serious accident last year and needed a reputable injury attorney. Ken was recommended to me by a good friend of mine and he did not disappoint. Ken worked relentlessly and got us the maximum payout possible. I know he has the experience and knowledge and also my best interest. My case manager, Angela was super friendly and helpful throughout the process therefore my family and I can rest assured and focus on our recovery instead of stressing out about the process. Ken, Angela and Todd got us compensated before the holidays; it was definitely a blessing and surprise. We are super thankful for their help and expertise. I would definitely recommend Piedmont Injury Law. :)
Glad we were able to get a good result for you. Thanks for the kind words.
Had a great experience and feel they did a great job! Angela always kept me informed and up to date on everything.
Communication is probably the biggest challenge for personal injury firms, so I love to read a review like this. Thanks!
Had a great experience with Piedmont Injury. Ken Crosson really cares about his clients, it's not just a paycheck for him.
Mark, we appreciate you very much. Glad to hear from you.
I have known Ken for a while outside of being a lawyer and he is always a great person to hold a conversation with and hangout with. To be honest here, I had hoped I would never need his services even though he was a great person. I had never been in a serious car accident before but I do know that as I was in the ambulance Ken was my first call/message. He had built my trust over the years and he did not disappoint. I also met Jen, who was so kind and helpful whenever I had questions about where we were in the process of things. I HIGHLY recommend this skilled, trusted, and amazing team if you're ever in need of their services.
Heather, you're the best. Thank you for this review, and thank you for trusting us with your case. Hopefully never again, but it's always great to see and hear from you.
I have never been in a car wreck before but Piedmont Injury Law made everything so much easier and more clear. Angela was so so helpful from beginning to end and pushed so hard for us to get everything we deserved. She helped me understand everything and always kept me updated. I thank the Piedmont Injury Law team for everything!
Keona, we're honored to have had the opportunity to help you. Thanks for the kind words -- and we agree that Angela is terrific.
