The staff as well as Pilka himself is very rude and very unprofessional. I wrote a review before, but apparently it appears to have been deleted by someone at the firm, that within itself explains a lot about this place. Take your business where your moral and value counts, definitely not this place.

Very happy with the services provided by Dan & his team. They handled a civil matter involving a contractor to do work at our home that provided subpar work and refused to fix the job. We had to involve litigation in order to resolve the issue, which we won! Would recommend highly.

Scott Reed is a very knowledgeable and empathetic and caring attorney. He has assisted me in navigating the complexities of life for a loved one after a debilitating stroke and power of attorney and healthcare surrogacy and end of life and disability planning. Tiffany Grant is by far the best attorney that I have ever worked with! Tiffany doesn't just qoute the governing documents and the state statute (which she does reference both) like most Community Association attorney's, she ALSO provides options and suggestions for the board of directors to consider. Tiffany has the miraculous ability to explain everything in a way that can be easily understood by the board and homeowners! She is efficient, highly experienced, and more than willing to attend a board meeting to provide additional information for the membership. Our Condo Association normally runs pretty well. In April we had a three person board, which is a lower number than normal. The new president was focused on an expensive project that she wanted. Things were being neglected, mismanaged, and, in my opinion, misrepresented. In late July, the new president resigned upon recall. Another resigned and the third resigned effective the next meeting. Our situation was somewhat chaotic and precarious with respect to an unpopular preliminary contract, neglect of equipment, and an orderly transition of leadership. The partner of the condo law firm who was representing our association was nonresponsive to our homeowner interests, and I believe, unaware of our circumstances. My neighbor knew Tiffany Grant from some work at other associations. Tiffany represented a small group of homeowners from our Association to our condo law firm. Interestingly, our condo was assigned to another attorney at the firm. Tiffany addressed all of our issues to the condo law firm – the contract, equipment neglect and the orderly transition to new leadership. Everything came into place. Thank You Tiffany! I recommend Tiffany whether you are an individual, a business entity or a Homeowner Association Board.

For several years I have worked with Dan Pilka as my defense attorney on a lengthy case with very positive results. He was always very attentive to my questions and concerns. He constantly assured me I should not worry and he would take care of matters. It was not at all uncommon for him to frequently respond to me even after office hours. His entire staff always was efficient and treated me in a friendly and yet very professional manner.

During my paid consultation, attorney D. Pilka was repeatedly falling asleep; took a client call; repeatedly rushing me after 17 minutes; had the meeting take place in his office absent of a conference table which made utilizing my laptop and file folders cumbersome (on my lap); failed to proofread my letter which he volunteered to undertake/no response to email. As a result of our meeting, decided to research the internet and obtained information pursuant to my contract concerns. Disappointed in services received.

The services I requested were done professionally and I was satisfied with the end product. The only thing that could improve was the timeliness of completing the paperwork. The person who handled our matters was kind and professional and I would hire this firm again.
